Historic Preservation

Arlington Archosaur /University of Texas at Arlington
Underwriting to provide excavation supplies associated with the Arlington Archosaur Site  led by University of Texas at Arlington’s Earth and Environmental Sciences department. Located in Arlington, the Archosaur site is a 2,200-acre swath of grassy, treed prairie which was part of a flat shelf in an ancient ocean between 119 million and 95 million years ago. Ongoing excavation digs have produced fossils of the ruling reptiles — dinosaurs and crocodilians.
