The following fees for City of Arlington permits and applications are effective as of October 1, 2010:

Reinstatement Fee $75 Assess when annual renewal fee is not paid by due date
Reinspection Fee $150 Per additional follow-up inspection
Duplicate Permit Fee $10 Per request
Food Handler Permit Fee $16 Two years from date of issuance
Food Handler (Food Manager) Permit Fee $25 Expires when State certification expires
