Here’s how it works for residents:

1. See something that needs to be fixed in your community like potholes, graffiti, abandoned vehicles, broken street signs/lights or illegal trash dumping?

2. Submit a service request including your location and even a photo via your iPhone or Android. Citizens can also submit requests using any mobile phone that has internet access and SMS text messaging.

3. The relevant City staff member receives the request and resolves the problem quickly and efficiently.

Users are able to add comments to further describe the issue they or a fellow citizen have reported. Residents can easily track their requests, support other requests and receive status updates from the city.
