The Fire Administration Division is responsible for “critical business elements” and the “customer service” sections of the Fire Department.

This division provides administrative management, active citizen/customer services, fire code enforcement, employee relations/human resource programs, 9-1-1 Dispatch Services, logistical support efforts, and firefighter recruitment.

The Fire Administration Division has five sections:
