What is MAX?

MAX is a new express bus service for Arlington, thanks to a partnership between the City of Arlington, Arlington Chamber of Commerce, UT Arlington, DART, The T and the TRE.  MAX will connect the TRE’s CentrePort/DFW Airport Station (off Trinity Boulevard just south of DFW Airport) with Arlington’s Entertainment District, Downtown Arlington, and the UT Arlington College Park District.

How Long is the Bus Ride?

A one-way trip is about 25 minutes. If traffic issues arise, MAX will able to choose an alternate route to ensure a timely arrival.

How can I connect to the rest of the metroplex from the CentrePort/DFW Airport Station?

  • Take the TRE to downtown Fort Worth, where you can transfer to any bus provided by The T (Fort Worth Transportation Authority)

  • Take the TRE to downtown Dallas, where you can catch any DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) bus or train
