I have researched the company that the city is recommending or partnered with and they have an unusually high number of complaints against them through the BBB. Even though they are accredited and Rated as A+ I am concerned that the city has not done it’s homework. How was this company selected? Do I have other options for coverage?

I’ve been waiting 10 yrs for the sewer issue to be resolved on my street. But every month the city doesn’t hesitate to take money from account.
