‘Ask Arlington’ Explains New Sewer Line Repair Program

This week’s show features Director of Water Utilities Walter “Buzz” Pishkur to answer your questions about the new sewer line repair program being offered through a partnership between the City of Arlington and Service Line Warranties of America.

I have researched the company that the city is recommending or partnered with and they have an unusually high number of complaints against them through the BBB. Even though they are accredited and Rated as A+ I am concerned that the city has not done it’s homework. How was this company selected? Do I have other options for coverage?
