Pizza, Mediterranean flavors, old-school candy, hearty salads and more are now available to residents and visitors at Greenway Investment Company’s $30 million Champions Park in North Arlington.New dining options like Urban Bricks Pizza Co., The Halal Guys, Salata and Rocket Fizz (a vintage candy store) are now open at the 54,000-square-foot development. Orangetheory Fitness, a popular health studio/gym featuring innovative workouts, has also opened its doors.Social House Arlington, a casual sit-down American restaurant/bar offering more than 100 beers on draft, will open later this month. Greenway Investment Company vice president Christy Hammons is excited about the number of customers and activity businesses are seeing each month.“In addition to our great line up of tenants, we recently signed Zero Degrees and we’re working on three additional leases,” Hammons said. “Tenants are reporting great initial sales numbers and all of the businesses are looking forward to increased traffic with the upcoming events at AT&T Stadium.”
Champions Park also includes BurgerFi, Torchy’s Tacos, Tokyo Joe’s, Firehouse Subs, Tiff’s Treats, Yumilicious Frozen Yogurt and Cowboys Nail Lounge.Offering spectacular views of AT&T Stadium and the Entertainment District, the development broke ground in December 2015 and is part of the Arlington City Council’s priority to “Invest in Our Economy.” The first phase of Champions Park will have a 70-30 mix of restaurants and retail.Phase two is still in the planning stages, but Greenway Investment Company hopes to have more to announce later this summer.Champions Park is located at 1805 N Collins St, Arlington, Texas 76011.
