Arlington Water is also hosting a “Bagels and Barrels” rain barrel making class 9:30-11:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, at George W. Hawkes Downtown Library, 100 S Center St. Learn the basics and benefits of rainwater harvesting and environmental effects of stormwater from Texas A&M AgriLife’s Water University. Participants will have the opportunity to make their own 55-gallon rain barrel. Bagels and coffee will be provided.
