“Hunter” is our featured Dog of the Week at Arlington Animal Services. A beautiful tri-colored female Treeing Walker Coonhound Mix, Hunter is a sweet girl who loves affection and attention. Well behaved, Hunter listens well on a leash and loves to please people. With affection and positive reinforcement while being trained she enjoys playing fetch with stuffed animals and balls. Meet Dexter, our special Dog of The Week! Dexter is a little shy and afraid when he first meets you, but warms up very quickly when you show him affection. Meet Rocko—the Arlington Animal Services’ chosen Dog of the Week! Rocko is a fun-loving Labrador Retriever/Standard Poodle mix, weighing in at 58 pounds. Rocko is a male, estimated to be about a year and a half old. He is black with lighter color fur highlighting his face. Dog of the Week – Meet Droopy

Meet Droopy, the Arlington Animal Services Dog of the Week. Weighing in at 50 pounds, this male red & white Basset Hound mix is about three years old. Droopy is like most basset hounds exhibiting sweet and gentle characteristics. Bassets like to do tricks for food and with positive reinforcement and gentle training. Meet Casey—Arlington Animal Services chosen dog of the week! She is a very playful sweetheart and would love to have a permanent home.
