Stormwater Management Program (TCEQ Permit Term 2012-2017)

The City of Arlington, as part of its regulatory and public responsibilities, must develop a Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP).  The SWMP was created to meet the regulatory requirements of the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Phase I Rule.  The program is mandated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in an effort to improve the quality of water discharged to public water bodies. The SWMP outlines the City’s approach to address any impacts to water quality.

The City invites public comment on the Stormwater Management Plan.  Please feel free to review the SWMP and provide any feedback (questions, comments, recommendations, or concerns) in the ‘Comments’ section below.
