Billing & Website Information

Your account is billed monthly about 14 days before the due date. Included on the bill are charges for water, sanitary sewer, garbage (curbside trash & recycle), and storm drainage. Go to WebConnect to view your account, or pay your bill by check, credit card or debit card. Enroll in EBILL only to receive your utility bill electronically (paperless). A one-time credit of $5 is placed on your account when you sign up for electronic billing.

All new customers are required to pay a minimum of an $80 security deposit that is refunded after 12 consecutive months’ service with excellent payment history. Waivers are given to new customers who apply for automatic bank drafting before the due date of their first bill (must notify Customer Services of enrollment), with a minimum commitment of 12 consecutive months. Arlington city ordinance prohibits outdoor watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., except by hand or soaker hose. Visit our conservation page  for helpful water conservation tips.
