We can transfer your service to your new address if:
- your current active service is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities
- your “new” address is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities
- a definite date can be given to stop service at your “old” address, and all previous balances have been paid in full
- a definite date can be given to start service at your “new” address
You may request a final reading to close your account if:
- the address you are moving out of is a current active account with Arlington Water Utilities
- a definite date can be given to end your service
- a forwarding address can be provided for the final statement/refund of deposit
