Transfer/Cancel Service

Are you moving? We’re here to help you transfer your service to your new address. You may request a transfer of service if:

your current active service is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities

your “new” address is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities

a definite date can be given to stop service at your “old” address, and all previous balances have been paid in full

a definite date can be given to start service at your “new” address

You may request a final reading to close your account if:

the address you are moving out of is a current active account with Arlington Water Utilities

a definite date can be given to end your service

a forwarding address can be provided for the final statement/refund of deposit
